It's pretty embarressing but I've got three problems. One from the closest to the body to the tip of the penis is I have a redness spot which looks like the skin has also formed another layer with redness and it has formed for around a month, two months, and washing it doesn't help. It sounds a lot like balanitis, but the redness is more extensive and is not at the tip of the penis. Secondly, just next to the tip, I have a black bruise-looking spot that I looked up and it's something around the name of 'trechea', sorry if that is a long way incorrect. Lastly, the tip of my penis is curved around anywhere between 30-75 degrees clockwise, so that when I'm peeing, I have to twist my penis to the left so it's facing the side of the toilet bowl, or turn on an angle.

My penis is 6-7 inches and it seem my foreskin is too small for the head of my penis to fold back...i used to be able to do it when i was young..now i cant it hurt when i try to pull it back..i dont think it will ever retrct unless i get the foreskin remove...my penis head is like a mushroom...is there a problem with my penis

ive read some questions that said kids are worried about a piece of skin under the head that is connecting the foreskin to the head. you need to know that is normal and its called the frenulum or something like that. im not sure if EVERY uncircumcised male has one but its normal to say the least. if you cant pull your foreskin all the way back then pull on it as much as u can without causing pain. after a short while (a few weeks to a few months) your foreskin will be able to go down all the way. i know this from experience

I am overweight and have the grower not shower issue. My problem is that about a quarter of an inch lower than the head of my penis I have a section that has become shrunken in girth. To answer and help some people, Small spots which you can see of your foreskin, are called Fordyce they are normal and after a few years they go. Small penises can be increased by hand, this is called Feltching, Urinating blood, this is just due to the speed of which you were having sex, the faster you go the more damage you can do, this is why it is more hygienic, Comfortable, being cut, Cut penises hurt after sex, this is due to the skin not being used to that sort of pressure if you have had sex more than 10 times and it's the same, Call into to a doctor

I've had this problem since i was around 12. Imagine the sequence like this I masturbate For some reason my penis head rubs against something (can be anything, i even might be using my finger, can be my underpants, my comforter or blanket, it can be practically anything.) afterwards i'll start feeling like i have to pee, like, irresistibly MUST do it, even if i haven't drunk for a while, or peed just 10 minutes before, and even if theres nothing, i can't possibly hold it for more than a minute. i go and pee, usually just a tiny little amount, and now the top part of the tip of my penis starts feeling like its on fire, it burns like hell and its usually a bit red. sometimes the whole tip hurts sometimes just that part, sometime the underneath part of it. but it just stings hellishly, and i have to wait for like an hour for it to die down. Before the age of twelve i masturbated a lot too (don't ask) intentionally rubbing me penis against practically everything, my sheets, the wall, my underwear, a computer game casing... yes just about everything. it never hurt at all. I've gone to a doctor he said it was just a skin problem, but seeing as "didn't do it before, does it now" its obviously not normal, i've done loads of googling and asking around and never find an answer.

I am 16 and while I am becoming erect the skin in the middle of my penis will stay the same size and tighten while the top and bottom of my penis will become normal erect size. The only way to make it normal erect size in the middle is to pull the skin on my penis down for a few seconds and let it gain normal size. unless i do this it is sometimes painful and makes my penis look like the shape of a peanut. Does anybody know what is wrong? this has been going on for about a year and happens more after exercising and when its cold. Also sometimes at school when i go to the bathroom my penis will be rely shriveled up and cold and be almost child size. I scratched my penis really vigoursly as in 6th grade and it started to bleed. I stopped masterbating and scratching for a month. Then my penis was dry and flaky after that month. Hi, I'm unsure of what this is but I had a UTI over a year ago and after taking a dose of Zithromax my Urethra has turned white around the edges almost like a dry skin not a lot just around the edge and a little inside. This can some time come away like dry skin if I pick at it. This only happened after taking the Anti-biotics and unsure if this could have has something to do with it. I've since then tried a mild steroid based cream which at first seemed to make it go away but now looks as it did from day one.

I've had this patch of red shiny skin which can be seen when I retract my foreskin. It's seems to be irritated by being wet - this even applies when I wash it with clean warm water and nothing else. It's not sore, just irritating. No discharge or smelliness, just irritation. Anyone else have this problem? It's been ongoing for approximately 3mths...

Hey this may sound wierd but behind my foreskin next to the "banjo string" I have a really small opening and sometimes hairs come out of it. It doesn't produce hairs they can just get stuck in there like fine cat hairs or pubes, anything that can work it's way in there. Sometimes puss comes put of it in very small amounts but still visible, it almost looks asif hairs are stuck under the skin but I have no idea so please help!

Whenever I urinate my urine sprays at awkward angles and often exits in two seperate streams. I have to pull my foreskin back and twist my penis to the left to have any chance of not making a mess. My meatus is in the right position and seems normal. Another problem is that as soon as I am finished urinating and let go of my foreskin, my glands seem to be instantly coated in urine. I with try with difficulty to dry under my foreskin using tissue but it happens again within seconds. This causes discomfort and odor problems. The same thing happens with semen after I masterbate.

Hi About 2 1/2 years ago I had 3 weeks in hospital with double pnumonia. Prior to hospitalisation, my penis was 6.5" long and 6" circumference over its whole length. Since hospitalisation - it is now 5.5" long, curves up from the centre and although still 6" circumference at the base, there is a much narrower 'waist' in the centre. I have a very embarssing skin penis head/gland scarring problem that I have had to live with for the past 5 years and I feel it has progressively been getting worse as my foreskin doesn't cover the head of my penis. I got it through a foolish drunken night which I will never forgive my self for as I have ruined my life. Grinding with a female whilst wearing tight jeans and cheap boxers (idiot), it scared my penis head (wrinkly, scarred everywhere ) and pigmentation colours changed in several places and as a result it does not look anything like the first part of my life. Scarring is all over including the tip of the penis which causes urine to trap. Sensation in the penis head is almost zero. I have taken this issue to the doctor years ago and he stated that its just skin and I should moisturise. However this is effecting my confidence and ability to keep focused on work etc. My resource for coping is diminishing rapidly. I haven't had a girl friend since he incident and now I don't plan to get married or form any relationship because I don;t want to gross out anyone nor do I want to ruin their life. My parents want to see me married I don't know what to tell them, I have lived with it by blocking this out but I am getting older. I know my life has gone down the pan because of my actions, I don't know what to do, my confidence to see any one about it is zero, I don't think a dermatologist can help.

I have a very small penis and it is causing me a lot of concern. This is the first time I have told anyone about this as I'm too embarassed to see my doctor. I have been worried about this all through my teens and have always been aware that I was small compared to other people my age. I had unprotected sex and a few days later I noticed a bit of swelling at the beginning f my penis head under the foreskin aswel as a few veins bunching up at the end of my foreskin. When I pulled my foreskin back it looked like maybe there was a hole where the swelling was just behind the head and since then it's been spreading with pus and little white lumps close together that look like pimples but more smooth and flat. My penis head is red, so used anntifungal topical cream by my doctor, but it did not help, so went back to see him again. this tim I was advised to over the counter topical cream" clotrimazole" and cortisone cream for 2 weeks. I saw no change. I went to dermatologist.the gave another topical cream 0.1% (fluocinonide) for a week. also, it did not help. Any ideas may help. Thank you.

to katie hello.circumcision is indeed cleaner for boys.due to your sons age 11 years old a circumcision will not take very long to heal up 8-10 days.circumcisions by laser scapel and by eletrocautionary do not leave burn marks and due to the heat used in both methods the cut mark is sealed so no stitches are needed.a mogen clamp is two flat peices of metle with a hinge and a lever.prior to the circumcision the foreskin is marked to the length of the amount of foreskin you want removing.the foreskin is stretched and placed in the clamp.the clamp is closed and the lever is turned locking the clamp in place.this crushes the foreskin,blood vessels and nerves.the clamp is left on for 5-6 minutes a scapel is run down the clamp and the foreskin is removed.the clamp is left on for another 2-3 minutes before being opened up and removed.there is no bloodloss and no stitches are required.your son will be left with a neat circumcision and a slight neat cut mark.another good method of circumcision is the leff clamp.this comprises of a shield and a clamp that looks like a black office paper clip.the foreskin is pulled forward the shield is slid over the foreskin and the clamp fitted.the clamp is pulled forward stretching the foreskin even more.then a scapel is run between the shield and clamp removing the foreskin.again this leaves a neat circumcision.but after the foreskin has been removed ky jelly and gauze are placed around the cut mark followed by bandages these will be on for one week.one method of circumcision to aviod is the gomco clamp this leaves a perminant crush line and a prominant circumcision scar. well katie i hope to have answeared your questions for your sons circumcision good luck....karen

hello i want to have my 11 year old son cicumcised before he starts secondary school.iam going to have my son circumcised during the six weeks holidays.iam going to go privet.ihave read about circumcision on this web site.will six weeks be anougth for it to heal i want to have my son circumcised because i think it is cleaner that way.i read on this site about circumcisions that do not need stitches what is a mogen clamp as i want my sons foreskin cut off not burned off.can anybody help.thankyou.

to optional who posted on the 13 3 2010.hello.well what a very mature 16 year old boy you are irespect that.first of all your foreskin should be retracting at your age not covering the head of your penis.you have a tight foreskin and your mum stretching and pulling your foreskin forward for you in the bath is causing you more harm than good .your mum seems to be a loving and caring mother with the best interests of you at heart .i think you know that you need to be circumcised and your mum knows this this is what your mum is trying to aviod.you and your mum should talk about circumcision and why you need to have foreskin removed.you and your mum can decide how much of your foreskin needs to be removed.let your mum show you on your penis how much foreskin she wants to have removed and then agree or disagree.then you and your mum can talk to your doctor about your foreskin removal.because of your age aviod amethod that needs stitches as this will leave stitch mark scares like the freehand method.the methods of your circumcision i recommend are laser or electrocautionary or mogen clamp these three methods of removing foreskins do not need stitches.they will leave you with a nice neat straight cut mark i think a loose circumcision is best for you because of your tender age this type of foreskin removal is best carried out with a mogen clamp.well you and your mum decide what is best for you.good luck and all the best in having your foreskin removed....karen xxxx

to ed hello.you mentioned that you are circumcised but the head of your penis retreats into the skin of your penis.this is nothing to worry about you was proberbly circumcised when you was s baby or an infant.this results in what is known as a loose circumcision when your foreskin was removed the foreskin was proberbly removed by the freehand method or by mogen clamp these two methods of removing the foreskin leave a little bit of the foreskin left in later life this known as bunching.well at least you have a nice clean healthy circumcised penis so enjoy your circumcision and i hope your girlfriend does as well....karen xx

From April 3 2009 I am facing a very appaulic problem that even i can not shared with anyone :( I dont know how to start but i will ask for a solution from many resouce full person out there. I took swear on my penis in kidding manner and dat swear got broken.. Now I am feeling like my penis is not expanding. When i am at home i feels like I will be do everything but when i go in front of my girlfriend everything fails. It feels like my penis is shrinking day by day. Its muscle for ejaculated. Prior to April 2009 everything was perfectly fine but after that that my world has worsened. Is there anybody who can suggest me what should i do to overcome this problem. I am very depressed & I am not able to concentrate anywhere. :( Plssssss helppppppppppppp for god sake :(

im starting to become increasingly worried about what seem to be two small openings on either sides of my penis. I was circumcised as a child, however i do not think this is related to that. These openings are a few mm wide and only about 5mm down, although this does not seem to bad, the problem lies in that every few weeks a white 'speck' appears as if growing inside and when it appears i remove it with tweezers and i am concerned as to wether i should be doing this or not and about the openings themselves. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks
