I HAVE had this prolem for more than 3 years, i go on for more than an hour or 2 before i ejaculate.And even when i do ejaculate its very little.my girls can't continue bearing this.And i don't even enjoy sex since its fun comes from ejaculating.

to optional who posted on the 11 7 2010,hello.this is quite a common promblem with a lot of men first of all a man can control the tightness of his hand when he mastubates men can get use to how tight they masturbate the result is they cannot sperm up when having sex,try tighting your vagina when having sex,or get your boy friend to see a sexual therapist who will help him in this matter.good luck.karen

at least once a month I will ejaculate in my sleep. Recently it occurred 3 nights in a row. I would not say that I have sex regularly and I don't masturbate so is this just a normal thing my system does?

I had some kind of problem as a baby,but never found out what.As a child i had trouble with bed wetting,which did not stop completely until i was 16.I never had a wet dream,and did not manage to ejaculate at all until i was 20....or inside a woman until i was 26.I can now ejaculate by masturbation,but i have to severely tense my body and know it cant go on.I now find that it is very difficult to ejaculate during sex,and i generally have to avoid masturbation for at least 4 or 5 days prior.I have no children and not for lack of trying.I have seen many porn images,and i can see that my semen is different.Not only is it thinner and more waterier,but it is not in the same quantity.As a side note to my urinating problem as a child,i have to say that my whloe life,i have had a minor problem with dribbling...to such an extent that when i do go drinking...i can never wear light coloured trousers..if you know what i mean.I try to use cubicles and toilet paper when needed.Are these problems related and is their any hope with my very poor looking semen,that i could still father a child?

My boyfiend had an undecended testicle which was cancerous, so had it removed. hello; I am 29, Single, Male & never married or had relationship. since childhood i could not run more than 18 yards continously & it started pain in my both thighs. i was also weak and still weak as i cant lift few kg weights. i am 5ft 7inch in height & look healthy. when i was18 yrs. old i notice some abnormal changes in my testicles as sometimes they became full of water like ballon, then sometime they became empty. then just after that my right Testicle lost its normal shape & size and become bigger and got a shape of oval. i also feel pain in lower back. at the same time i lost my erection and hardness and the 1st half of my penis became weak and thin from the base which cause a curve after middle to the right side. since 18 yrs. of age i also notice that when i eat certain food or drink i ejaculate during sleep at that night. some of these are Yogurt, Lemon, Tomato, Red Meat, (but mince ok), kidney beans, cold milk (but hot milk ok), sprit wid Lemon flavor, & 4 or 5 different vegitables, anything with above flavour & many things which i dont know names but they also cause same problem. i notice that if i eat/drink above things for 7 continious days, i will ejaculate but if dont eat/drink any of above i wont ejaculate for even six months. so i ejaculate only as a reactoin of above i suspect its a kind of Alergic in stomach. everytime i eat even a bit of above things i ejaculate the same night during sleep, sometime wid dreams sometime without. my sperms is like water, there is no thickness. i dont have any erection or hardness at all. when i think about sex it ejaculates even before erection. My testicles are not normal & I suffer ejaculation 4/5 times a week. now i am only limited to break and tea/hot milk as i dont know which thing will cause me ejaculation during sleep at night. I also feel pain in lower back as well. when i wake up, i dont feel fresh, but weak, tired & find it difficult to leave bed.

i have had major problems with my partner due to the fact when we have had sex the few times this year, i have suffered a pain in my low groin area, this causing enough discomfort to prevent me to carrying on. Ejaculation was achieved only on 1 occasion and it has become such an issue with me that i have finally attended the doctors. I am aged 49, married and enjoy and active sex life with my wife of 25 years, we have sex 3 - 4 times per week. Please help me as I dont know who to ask. I have just started dating the most amazing guy. Everythign is perfect until we started sleeping with each other. When he climaxes he has a violent seizure - he has no control over. He gets thrown towards teh wall, shakes uncontrollably, gets knocked about.... and it has scared me so much.
