I've got a "Rather small amount of blood" and it feels as if there is well faeces up there, but I cant get it out, I have had to get them to put a tube and entered some "Liquid" to help me pass "it was all pebbles" but they said nothing else of it. But i had LOADS of pain "beforehand that is" -All fixed now! =3-, cause I guess my bladder was full... In this case I have no pain, and if I do, it passes when I go to the toilet. -#2, I'm actually quite scared of Dr's :O and don't want to go, is this okay? I do on the other hand find it difficult to GOTO the toilet, -I always thought I was bad at it "Basically useless at controlling the bowel muscles" - And i also have a habit of holding it to the last second!

im 14 ive had constipation, and when i do pood theres blood in it im really scared as it doesnt hurt, but i dont want to go to doctors as im a bit embarassed.

Hi , I was drinking with my friends and after 1 beer I went to the toilet and found blood , am not sure did it come from the anus or from my cut tighs because I scratched them from my jeans :/

Hello, I have had hemorrhoids for quite a long time now, bleeding with the stool has always been known for me. This time, though, I have noticed a few large clumps of blood fall after I had gone. At least a good teaspoon amount. I'm not sure if it was dark or not when it fell but turned the entire toilet red and it was dark on the parts that hadn't touched the water. I'm concerned but I am not freaking out. I just want to make sure I'm okay. Also, sometimes when I go, there is a mucus in the water that is red. Should I go to the doctor?

so i just pooped and it didn't hurt or anything, but when i wiped the toilet paper was like really red, and i looked in the toilet and there was blood in there as well, i would estimate 12 mL of blood + or - 3. do you think it's serious? D:

Hi I have been passing a lot of blood when i go to the loo, there's a lot in the toilet and on the paper, do I need to go to the docs, it does NOT hurt when i go to the loo either, do I just need fibre tablets?

I don't have regular bowel movements, but to night when a went to the toilet when a though I needed it turned out to be just wind and when I got up there was blood in the toilet. I am no sore or any thing just a little worried now, I also just had a baby 9weeks ago any suggestions on what this may be? Thank you

Three/four days back after passing my stool, while cleaning the area I felt a tiny hard ball like thing in that area, I cleaned again and I felt that again. From the next day it started hurting my a bit, that's when I took this seriously and started Google, found that it might be an external Hemorrhoids. The pain reduced yesterday, but I was still uncomfortable.Last night when I was about to take shower I noticed that my underpants had blood, I cleaned the area and felt that ball like thing which was reduced in size/swelling, but was bleeding. Still little bit blood is coming. Can anyone suggest me an immediate remedy. I have never heard about all this and I am scared to visit a doctor over this. Please reply me ASAP.

I don't always have blood in my stool but do sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. Its bright and clot like, there is no pain or discomfort but sometimes its really a lot! Its been for years now maybe to long to be asking this question only now. Went for a check up when I was about 22yrs and no sign of piles. Slightly worried but as I say there is no discomfort at all..

I was very drunk the other night and have been for about 3 days but i went to take a crap and after when i wiped i found some light blood. no clots on the toilet paper and it has happened months and years before but only happens once in a while. I also read about anal bleeding and i dont think i have any problems i feel fine just a little blood or something from the ass is misterious. Maybe i need to drink less LOL.

Have been on pain meds for a year and half now but things have changed bowel wise went from goin all the time to usually a lil pebble here and there but once in awhile a rock or should I say a five dollar coin once to come out (size) and my body forces it out which I try to hold back but it just pushes on its own to get it out and pain omg feels like my rectum is beeing ripped apart afterwards it goes numb and I wipe and the blood on the paper is dark red? Still have no answers doc says its medication and to take toilet softners the bleeding will stop on its own?

Sunday I went to the restroom blood was dripping from my anus my stomach hurts and my back. I went to the er and they gave me morphine. My anus doesnt hurt but I feel dizzy

Hey everyone.. My boyfriend has been experiencing symptoms such as pains around the area his colon is in. He has also been bleeding a lot from the anus and tonight all that came out was blood. His family doesn't have the money for a doctor and we don't think it is hemmorroids anymore. We are very worried that it could be something severe after the research I have done. He has also lost weight, lost his appetite, and has had bad diarhea. I'm not really sure how I could help him but if anyone can shine a little light on the subject, it'll be greatly appreciated! :"(

On Monday July 18 I went to go poop I wiped and there was alot of bright blood on the toilet paper, ever since then I have only been pooping once a day and less blood seems to be coming out, last night I felt the urge to poop but only blood came out of me. This morning I hesitate to poop because of the incident but I got over it and went. I pooped more than I did in the past three days and there was a little bit of blood on my poop and I'm wondering what it is and if I should wait until next week to go to the doctors.

I was building fence recently and my butthole hurts and burns I examined it and its red with small red bumps right next to the opening and it hurts to sit and stand when I wipe I get a very small amount of blood please give me a link

i awoke this morning at 7am (Sunday) with a sore stomach i proceeded to go to thew toilet and when i i did it was blood mixed in with my fecal matter and was sore to pass, from then every 20/30 mins iam passing blood thru my rectum some times with fecal matter some times with none some times with gas its is now 10.40 pm and nothing has changed except my stomach is just as sore and iam still passing blood in my stool, do not want to go to the hospital because god knows how long i would have to wait and i need to use the toilet very regularly some times take a min other times 10 mins, going to phone and get an emergency appoint with my doctor tomorrow will keep you's updated hope i can sleep to nite

im 7 months pregnant and when i went to the washroom this morning i felt like i was ass raped when i took a crap. After i wiped, there was medium coloured blood and a bloodclot the size of a quarter on the toilet paper. Its happened twice b4 and i have seen a dr. For it and all he said was that i had hemmoroids and that nothing could be done for it. If this happened for the third time now, shouldnt SOMETHING be done?!?! Like seriously, i know im pregnant but cant i take SOMETHING for the hemmorhoids, or do i just allow myself to occasionally bleed from my ass once in a while causing myself to have a panic attack? When I wipe after doing number 2 I have a very small amount of bright red blood. I do not have discomfort just the bright red blood. I know I have a hemmroid, but that does not bother me either only when stools are loose. Should I have this checked out?

I have a problem with my Piles, this happens when I go often to the toilet. The Piles drop off the from my anus and it always bleeds when i wipe off to clean myself. And now also it is always itching when it is dry. So i have been to my doctor but got no results. All I got given is Haeomohoroids creamloke Anusol cream. I have recently had a CT Colonoscope virtual scan as I am in pain and have rectal bleeding. Although my results were back with my specialist over 10days ago I have now found out that they have been lost and I have to wait at least another week before getting the results. I can't tell you how upset and frustrated I am although I've been assured by my hospital this morning that It doesn't happen very often!! Was that supposed to make me feel better.

I have anal bleeding occasionally and have been to see a doctor about it. I was told that I have ruptures in my colon and it is due to stress,but now I am worried that it may be something more serious. What should I do? I suffer from depression as well and I do not go regularly. Please help.

I had a reverse iliostomy three years ago. I had my colon removed due to ulcerative colitis. I am now getting bad pains in my stomach and bleeding bright red from behind. Is it anything to worry about? I still have recurring rectal ulcers. Could this be the cause of the pain and bleeding?

I would like some help. I know that I have a hemoroid its been there for a while slight discomfort now and then. At one point i went in for an std exam and they identified it. Ive had it for years....lately I have a constant pain! feels like its just on the inside of the anus.It is a constant pain that doesnt go away. When im in the bathroom it is very uncomfortable. When I wipe (gently) I find blood and a brown slimey stuff that looks like boogers only brownish clear in color. I'm not sure feels like a pulled muscle? I can say that I figured it might be a pulled muscle cramp so I attempted to apply pressure to the area and it sent jolts of pain. It is constant pain all day it is aweful how do I make this go away.

hello again everyone last time i was on here I was passing blood when I went to the toilet (number 2s)so I did what you should all do when you have any bleeding I went to the doc,s.Then I ended up in hospital so they could have a look with a camera,not the best way to spend the day but now I know what I have got and I know I am not going to drop dead so I dont worry any more and thats a lot of my mind.But heres the thing reading your comments you mostly seem to be saying the same thing "what should I do?"WELL ITS A NO BRAINER,you have to go to the doctor because if its cancer and you leave it to long it will kill you,Sorry to put it like that but thats the way it is. There are lots of things you could have just look at there wedsite but only one way to know for sure GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!.

Everytime I do the toilet from my back passage it bleeds and hurts wen I do the toilet half the time my stools are soft iv had piles after hving my kid of 6 iv always had a problem doing the toilet .. The last toilet I done there was a lot of blood that came away from me wat will I do it's embarrasing .

i have had bleeding bottems since i was 15ish i do get piles and i alwas have put it to this it comes and goes. some day i wont have it and some days i will i dont have pain from the piles when i have them. i get them reguly would the bleeding bottem be just piles

I`ve been suffering with piles over the last 6 months and treating with cream. I also have a problem with high blood pressure and the doctor has tried changing my medication. I do a manual job and have recently taken up cycling to get the blood pressure down. but today since having a poo there has been blood in my pants. when I wipe my bum there is still light blood with dark clogs.It`s only started today, but i thought it`s only the piles ruptured, as i`ve never had bleeding? by the way, I do suffer with kidney trouble called netherites? (don`t know how to spell it) but the bleeding has just started today for the first time ??

I went to the bathroom at like 2a.m a couple nights ago.. and i realized that there was blood, but a great amount of blood in the toilet when i had gotten up... I decided to ignore it because it is the first time this has ever happened... now it has been consistant for 5 trips straight... there is no pain, but it is mixed with non-solid clumps. I have had what I think is a fissure for a while now. It wont get better, but I don't have health insurance. everytime I go to the bathroom it bleeds. I wipe and there is blood. I get such a bad itch on my anus that it turns to a horrible pain. what the hell is going on. anyone with similar experience to that?

when i go to the toilet i tend to be in pain from my anus. i also tend to fart and blood sprays all over the toilet bowl. its not nice to see what i have produced, sometimes it comes out green with a mixture of things that look like corn. my mom says this is normal, but im totally FREAKIN OUT!!! has this happend to anyone else and if yes, is it normal?

I had a baby 5 month's ago and a few day's after giving birth I found a skin tag on my anus which I pushed back in using a piles gel to make it easier and more comfortable. There has been no sign of the skin tag ever since. But ever since, every time I go to the toilet for a poo which is everyday it stings like mad and there is blood on the poo and when I wipe everytime. For the first few week's the blood was quite gooey and slimy. I'm quite worried as there is nothing there, can't feel anything such as piles or a tag & it is only when I go to the toilet. I'm to embarresed to go to the doctor's as I don't want them poking around my bum. But it's been five month's that I've put up with it now and I just want to be able to go to the toilet without the pain and blood! Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I’m going to hospital so they can have a look inside. Not looking forward to it but better that ending up dead because I was shy about talking to the doc. So go and get it looked at!

Hi when a go toilet sometimes and pass through anal a bit of blood comes out or on tissue but not all the time and bright red-suffer from bloated stomach sometimes but got anxiety tablets and drink alcohol on average and getting itching sometimes. Whats the system. Thanks

My problem is increasing day by day. constipation+ anal bleeding+severe pain. I have an appointment with the doctor for this problem. I feel drinking enough water and healthy food is exteremly important also a bit of exercise and ofcourse it much better then pain in life. i would highly recommend everyone do not take tensions, stay away from it. if you are worried about anything just wellcome any changes in your life and ask for help from God. do your best and use all the efforts to release problem, but never take tension. Thinking and tension both are different thngs.

I have had on and off blood in my stool since i was younger. Ranging from a few drops of blood that i confused for my period at the age of 12. To now having a toliet so full of blood that when the feces finally releases the whole toilet is full of blood. I was not concerned because i thought it's normal and noting to be concerned about, since i was told by my dad he has the same problem. I thought it was ok, maybe a hemorroid or something. Now though i worry because i understand that at the age of 30 your metabolism slows down and so the flat stomach that i am use to having in the morning is not there. I wake up with a bloated tummy. what concerns me more is that i have been bleeding for longer then normal this time. Started since before Christmas. It now being 1-9-11. Also the blood is now clotted in some area, bright red in others, dark red in some places and continues after i have finished. Even after cleaning myself thoroughly, i still have to wear a liner as to not stain my undies for later spotting. Now i wake up in the mornings and even while i pee, i notice spotting on the toilet paper. Should i go to the ER? I am just tired of going and them not finding any problems with me. For the last month i have taken iron pills to help with my anemia. The NP also gave me some prenatals to take. I drink water regularly at least 51 ounces of water a day. Do you think these factors are playing a role in the bleeding? Should i just wait it out and go to my regular doctor?

I am 18 and when I use the bathroom, it hurts. When I wipe myself there is a lot of blood. Now my stomach hurts really bad and I can't go to the bathroom. What should I do?

when i go to the toilet, every time for the past couple of months it seems to be hurting more and more and harder each time I go to the toilet, but nearly every time i go i do bleed. I went to the toilet and when i wiped noticed there was blood on the paper this happened about 4 times but now theres nothing i dont understand but the other night i had a stabbing pain in my stomache but i was drinking and i also had fast food i dont know if that could have caused it but it was very unpleasant not like the feeling of a soar stomache caused by food. Im confused because there has been no further blood or anything and i feel totally fine could this be a 1 off or will it come back can any one give me their opinionm im only 19 for christs sake

for the past week i have had bleeding from my back passage it does not hurt when i go to the toilet and my stool is always hard but not painful i have also recently started bleeding in the night when im asleep i was told by some friends that it could be piles im unsure myself but to shy to go see the doctor can anyone help????

When i take a stool, my anus is so painful and i bleed - there is dark red blood. It happened a couple of days ago when i was constipating. I have a little swell on my anus but my doctor said its neither a hammroid or is it dangerous. But the bleeding and pain is so nasty. Even when i sit or try to move around, it really hurts.

Hi I have been bleeding for a long time its been 3 mons straigth so far it stated in June well went to the doctors had a colon biopsy and told me I had inflamation on the lining of my belly and had internal hemmroids but I cant stop bleeding and found out as well I have inflamation on my liver do you think this is linked to the liver in some way cause I feel very ill from this and I dont get my liver biopesy till the 22th this months..To find out why I am having the inflamation on the liver plz.... help me Im scared????

I have been actively trying to fix this problem, and I think I am well on my way now. How I have managed these things. Diet: I take "Benefiber" in the morning, just the avergage dosage. Two teaspoons into a glass of water. But you can put it in anything (Coffee, Yogurt, etc.) I make sure I have 1 banana for breakfast and maybe one before bed. Lunch/Dinner ranges: • Potato salad & maybe a meaty pie (got to binge every now and then.) • Sandwich • Salad, with hummus, egg, chick peas. • Mashed potatoes with some sort of non spicy con carne or fried steak or chicken • Bowl of cottage cheese and a banana. I always have a 1 litre drinking bottle near by to keep fluids up + I drink 2 cups of coffee a day. Exercise: I got to the gym maybe 2 -3 times a week for 30minute cardio and some weights Hygiene at work: I keep down stairs very clean now, when I got to the toilet, I tend to moisten toilet paper and use that. This might sound gross, but I actually use my finger to wipe the anal, as wiping with toilet paper doesn't really help. I then clean my finger with the moist towel, and continue cleaning. After this has been cleaned, I will wash my hands thorough, then I will then use instant hand sanitizer also. This might sound very odd, but when you have tried everything, you will be using this method. Hygiene at home: After a trip to the toilet I will usually just have a shower, then walking running and all that is a lot more comfortable. Medically: I used an ointment which consisted of Nifedipine and Lidocaine, this was used to draw blood to the area, and help speed up the process of healing. It really gave comfort for when walking around after number 2. It did heal the fissure after about 6 weeks of use. The area was still very traumatized I believe, and is really just starting to get back to normal function. Conclusion: Snack through out the day is very important, as this will increase bowel movement, and create number 2's that will come out with ease. There will be pain for a little while, but IT WILL GET BETTER! You want to aim for at least two bowel movements a day I think. The more your bowel moves you also burn calories! Why fibre is just an all round good thing for you! Eat your greens! Correct me if I am wrong though. One thing I read some where on the internet, goes like this. " You want to shape your poo's, not let the poo's shape you." If you eat potatoes, you have to burn the energy, so get some walking shoes or a bike! Also, the exercise is vital for healing, so get that blood pumping. If you sit down a lot during the day? Get up on your feet at night, cook a great dinner from scratch or go dance or something! Sitting will just create stress down stairs : ) Ok, that is all, and I hope this helps at least someone out there.

I went to the wash room yesterday and after passing stool, i wiped my self and realized the tissue has blood. I went back again and realized the stool is clear but the tissue has blood again. I have no pain and wondering why the blood. Some times i scratch myself. Is it anything serious i need to see a doctor? Advice

Hi all ,look I,ve be bleeding for 2 weeks now when I pass a stool so I have gone to the doc,s and now going to the hospital to get it looked at properly.Its the only way to know whats going on so come on every one just go to the doctors to be safe, dont leave it and hope it goes away.If you leave it to long you may have left it to late.

If you have bleeding when you go to the loo,number1 or twos go to the doc,s .Bleeding from the back passage always needs to be looked at,Im going to hospital so they can have a look in side not looking forward to it but better that than ending up dead because I was shy about talking to the doc,So go and get it looked at!

Had heavy bleeding out of back passage, including blood clots when going to the loo. No pain and continued for 2 days. 2 more days have passed and have not seen any more blood. I went to the GP the first day I had blood and she did examination and couldn't find anything & BP fine. Told me to come back if it continued after a few days or happened again for further tests. Even if it doesn't come back I am still very worried as something must have caused it to happen. I am a 30yr old female.

I have for the frst time had bleeding from my bottom and it was bright red and alot of it. I had no pain nothing. I am do to start my menstral cycle so at frist I thought it was that. It wasn't I looked on the internet and found that other women have this same problem. from what I read the doctors tell them to lose wieght but that is not the case with me.
